The update was released on May 9th, 2016, this is the main changes for version 11.0.0-33: Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.
As i report before, Sky3ds+ can hack 3ds v11.0 directly to play downloaded 3ds roms or 3ds game backups. Currently, only sky3ds+ and Sky3ds can work on 3ds/new3ds/2ds 11.0.0-33 firmware console directly. They both supports 3ds games on 3ds sysnand 11.0 not the virtual emunand 11.0
I have tested with R4 flashcard on 3ds 11.0-33U, and run smoothly. Of course, including ACE3ds Plus. R4i 3ds card users can update your 3DS, NEW 3DS or 2DS console to v11.0.0-33. I list the R4i card below:

Meanwhile, Gateway flashcard support the latest version 11.0.0-33 on Emunand. If you want to work directly, i suggest you Sky3ds or Sky3ds+.
